Understanding Domestic Violence and How Complementarianism Fosters It

Waneta Dawn (author of Behind the Hedge: A Novel) and Jocelyn Andersen (author of Woman Submit!:  Christians and Domestic Violence) explain the dynamics of domestic abuse and how broad sectors of the Christian Church promote domestic violence through the misuse of the Bible. Both women draw on personal experience to help the Body of Christ understand the experience as well as how domestic violence develops.
